Since we don't know eachother I can see what you mean. If there's 1 thing you should know about me it's that I choose love, I choose kindness, I'm not perfect but I truly feel that we're all connected. This isn't a metaphor:

I honestly didn't even know you were a lady. I literally will say , "thanks babe" to my co-worker handing me a tool at work. Anyway, I meant it playfully most certainly not as a cat call.
