Mostly compliance interference from external actors, outside of the LN itself. Accounting, KYC, cash out/in for fiat... if we remove them... maybe some fail payment, but it's inevitable in the spirit of a p2p network.

Accounting = Complex programs, external currency rates, force to move to fiat numbers.

KYC = Onboarding less users, ask for a lot of info.

In/Out = Share KYC with the fiat gateways.
