You buy bitcoin in the app and you provide no id no kyc.
Yes you use your fiat account and make credit card, Apple Pay our bank wire. But you don’t buy bitcoin directly but Swiss Frank instead that is exchanged into your anonymous bitcoin wallet for bitcoin.
If i was searching on Relai bank account, i could find there my fiat wire for fiat only.
Bitcoin related information is non kyc between many bitcoin non kyc txs… i think of Relai like mixing pool.

Relai must store for at least 10 years who bought bitcoin and when. The link is to your bank account from where bitcoin was purchased. Especially since the transaction is also easily visible in the bank account, since relai is known as a sales platform.
The solution: Buy Peer2Peer as with Robosats, HodlHodl, Peachbitcoin...etc

I don’t think so, they buy bitcoin in big the pool way rather, than tx for tx. That is also why it takes some time before you get bitcoin in your wallet, not directly.
