It’s a matter of life expectancy and quality of life. Not about the image.
Being positive you are going to die with a heart attack is not positive at all

Exactly… you only get one life. It’s like being body positive about heroin addiction. I’m not going to endorse your life choices just because you feel bad about yourself and don’t have the will power to make a change
