Usually if the greens are frozen early, they still have a lot of nutrients in them. So frozen veggies are more than just ok.

thanks, so it is ok. next problem is I don't know how to check if veggies I'm buying were properly frozen

Write the producer. Ask them. I mean you only have their word then, but maybe no matter the answer (or no answer for that matter), it will give you some form of information.
