Went from having the worst landlorad and boss to having a pretty cool one once the business sold. I asked if he would mind me replacing the ceiling light in my bedroom with a fan and his response:

"yeah that light is ugly. Don't buy the fan tho, let me get it for you".

I've seen this guy put more into the building and store in a month than I saw the previous owner do in 3+ years.
