On Jan 3 2024 we have celebrated Bitcoin's 15th birthday by organising the Bitcoin Art Exhibition combined with the live music session

This year we have gathered again to celebrate the 16th birthday of the genesis block and it was a blast.

Big thanks to everyone who made it happen and decided to leave home on that fairly cold evening.

Every time you leave the comfort zone you learn something new...

We had a great time throughout the evening.

We have conducted plenty of lighning transactions, there were many wallets used both custodial and none...

were strangely delayed, balance would appear 10-15min later, in this instance we advised to others to install Muun wallet and it went smoothly.

Perhaps a good idea is to bring some sort of a mini wifi router that can help with the connection as not every phone had a perfect signal at the spot (one of those unknown unknowns....)

The friendly staff at Boom Bap Butger was accepting Bitcoin payments swiftly and it was a great bitcoin excercise to them - probably the best ever so far!

On the flip side, who needs wifi when you can have lightning transactions , am I right? Just kidding, we did experience some delay issues. Kudos to our wallets (custodial and non-custodial alike) for getting it done!
