I read a paper by Larry fink that was published before the pandemic called going direct he was advocating printing money and going direct to the public as a means of raising inflation, so central banks could follow and raise rates quickly as they were trapped in low interest rate ,and where terrified that if economy slowed the central banks couldn't drop rates to support the economy, I believe the migration crisis is a extension of Larry finks going direct ,printing directly into migrants pockets to manipulate the GDP numbers after COVID lockdown disaster
