I agree with you, my friend. This is clearly not healthy for me. I used to be very health-conscious about my food, and this continuous traveling has really affected my food habits. I should definitely fix it. Thanks 🫂

you can have your restaurant foood man.... as long as 90% of the time you try your best you'll be fine. That's all. Planting a small seed, I'm not perfect I go out and socialize, but if I keep mentioning others will be like.... hell yea why yall adding this to our foods.....abd industries will change (just like Bitcoiners are changing. ... banking buahahahah)

I understand. It is indeed very difficult to trust corporations, considering the numerous disasters and shady activities they have been involved in time and again. Food, being a critical aspect of our lives, requires utmost caution and vigilance.
