Nodes can set a minimun for open a channel with them. You might trying to open a channel to small for them and getting the errors.
The full log of the error should containt the exaxt numer of sats necessary for open a channel

It was a big channel, I think the problem was not the min size. I will try again soon and try to analyse in more details the logs of the error,
For this case, you can check if your node has paired with the other one. Pairing is required for create a channel. Some GUI make you try to pair AND open a channel in an atomic way, so if the first step is failed, the later follow
