Summer is too hot? Try a cold dish.
It's iranian and called "AbDouqKhiyar"
آب دوغ خیار

Get a half bowl of plain yogurt, add minced or grated cucumber, add a handful of raisins and crushed walnuts, add some powderd dried rose petals and mint leaves as seasoning, also a pinch of salt. Delute the mix with cold water and even add some ice cubes if you like.
Voila 🍲 Your summer dish is ready to be served cold and with bread on the side.
