I use it as log on log off etiquette. Its nice to see friends just waking up & also falling asleep as we all experience this reality together.

No, I go to bed a few hours before midnight (don't drink or eat afterward) but scroll my phone until a few hours later. Tonight I wanted a good read but couldn't decide on one.
