When receiving sats it has been going into the cash account (fiat on Lightning) from there you can choose to turn back into sats at least this is only way I have found

How you do turn dollars into sats? You mean when you do a transaction?

Yes that’s the only way I have found.. LMK if you find a better way.. The transfer from Strike to Satscard no fee so far for me which is why I am using the app..
