shibuya will probably be a blast if you’re ok with big crowds.
probably nowhere near the craziness before the plandemic but still worth going
Halloween stuff is banned in shibuya..see the signs everywhere

Any reason in particular? I remember a year ago there was a stampede in Seoul on Halloween that killed over 150 people.
No idea why. I haven’t been here for a good 7 years. A lot has changed
yeah it sucks
