Back in the day, reviews took days to even weeks. If you had a bug fix, you had to debate whether it was worth mashing that “expedite” button because you only have so many of those.

Yes much better. A few years ago most reviews dropped down to 1 day or less. This site says that it’s currently around 9 hours.

That all depends, though. If you’re app is all free speech Lightning payments Bitcoin pow mining, then maybe it takes longer. ;)

it seems like they did give the initial release some amount of special attention. i kind of think that won’t continue but who knows.
