I am in a great phase of my life. My 50s are great. I am healthy and have a lovely family. I am very grateful…. However i have had many battles along the way. If you are in a battle right now, I’m always here as are many others. Give yourself time, it passes and / or it calms and the next phase appears. All i’ll say is stay present, don’t dwell. Share and never feel showing emotion it is weak. Far from it. It’s a super power to be real 🤙
