Do not mix the definitions. Wasting money is absolutely bad but is not collectivism. Paying bribes is considered a bad habit especially if done wasting others money. Collectivism is the idea that is just and correct to level the wealth of a population taking from those that produce to give to those that do not. Is the complete overhaul of meritocracy.
