theres a difference between elitism and expecting public servants to act according to social norms

expecting elected officals to be intelligent and virtuous is a good thing achually

unfortunately not as i am poor and not college educated

i just think expecting people to behave better results in a more positive social outcome for everyone that rationalizing their stupidity
