Snacking is an emotional event, i.e. driven by your brain wanting a hit of pleasure, not an actual bodily need for nutrition.

If you crave snacks in-between meals, you're not eating enough meat in those meals.

Up the protein+fat, and the snack addiction will naturally subside.

Fact. Once I started eating more meat I stopped snacking almost completely. If I do get hungry I grab a beef stick or salami and I'm good to go.
