Starting to think there may be a Michael Saylor cult on nostr. 🤣
Trying to think of why a billionaire who owns many tens of thousands of Bitcoin would go around promoting Bitcoin.

Unlike other cryptos, Saylor was a late adopter and didn’t get some pre-mine set aside for me.
His interview with Lex was a wake up call for me and I’m glad he’s so vocal.
And the memes! My god the memes of him are 🔥🔥🔥
The fiat whales are basically just future Bitcoin whales, there's no excluding them, and they're going to ruin Bitcoin just like they ruined banking and the fed. It's not a prediction, it's a fact.
What you're saying will most likely become true if bitcoin wasn't limited to 21 million.
If I remember the stats correctly, 55 million millionaires will be fighting for 21 million bitcoin (but the vast majority of the 21 million is already gone!).
It's not a fight if they have something people want, which they certainly do. Whether it's power, influence, opportunity, all of the above; they're accustomed to getting what they want and you can only disagree because you can't imagine what that's like.
I don't need power or influence, and got my opportunity in bitcoin.
If they come after mine, then I will fight, to the end in fact.
That’s a fair criticism. People are enamored by billionaires. If one of them makes a move that confirms our own decisions, all the more so. The billionaire class is not here to enrich us. nostr:npub15dqlghlewk84wz3pkqqvzl2w2w36f97g89ljds8x6c094nlu02vqjllm5m is here to promote his holdings, and a cultish following is an effective means to achieving that. Only a man without a stake can provide a balanced argument.
He makes some great points, and he elucidates some complex economic concepts for the people in no position to navigate them. But he makes his arguments from a position of protection and leverage that very few of us can mimic.
That doesn’t diminish his Bitcoin message, but we should always be able to distinguish the message from the messenger.
Many want to follow and worship. Few want to challenge. We don't need any so called heroes, yet they are everywhere.
