Bitcoin is money seperate from the state, and money that does not require their issuance, permission or control. Whether it becomes an emancipatory tool depends entirely on the social relations built around it.

That’s where we come in. Bitcoin is a tool. It’s the means, and hopefully one which has freedom and anti-authoritarianism for all as the end. But that’s up to us.
