This is the byproduct of creating a system that is uncensorable. You are the censor. You have to be responsible for your feed. No one else can or will do that for you. This is a rather harsh lesson is reality.

Yes it is a lesson and you might be right, but it isn't a harsh lesson in reality. The harsh lesson of reality is the kid who suffered the abuse & the society writ large who is apathetic to it.
