I know it's about a guy who switched from iPhone but in case you didn't, he still walks through a lot of newbie stuff and I found a few of the vids helpful when I started using guest profiles!

Hmm. I see that is a struggle (I was also coming from Google Contacts environment and I just pared down my stuff manually and imported all the v-cards). I would suggest searching his channel. Each channel has a magnifying glass icon (at least, on desktop, they do)
