It's still not good at hands. Look at the movement of her fingers in the reflection. Still nice Ai work.

There are two separate scenes superimposed - outside the window and the reflection inside. It's hard to see either clearly.

It kind of reminds me of Jurassic Park, where the dinosaurs are mostly shown in darkness/partially obscured/offscreen.

It's very impressive, but I'm not yet convinced it can do a wide array of different scene types.
