Replying to Avatar Baker

Trying to set up an MK4 Coldcard. The first menu I receive says Bag Me Now, DFU Upgrade etc. This is not the menu I've seen in any tutorial video. Did I receive a dud?

Did you buy it directly from CoinKite? Sounds like it is in a factory or diagnostic mode. Reach out to coinkite, see what they say.

Yep they the up sending me a new one.
