I do interpret this as get to destination, progress faster, being burned out/stressed faster by volatility.

So yeah I guess the latter is ultimately the trade off for the former..

I can't not think if I would have a slightly different interpretation if I would read the text after watching the video.. did the question itself biased how I saw it..? 🤔
