i'm not entirely sure myself but based on my limited experience on bluesky most of the talk seems to be around moderation and blocking people. they claim decentralization is coming but right now it's a single centralized instance. it never felt very welcoming over there but that could be my own personal bias ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
