Replying to Avatar Cojah

Currently working in remote area, all mobile reception down. Company allows us to use guest wifi, no one able to get Main stream social media, I am still receiving messages via Telegram and Primal is continuously updating only issue videos take a fair while to load.

Apparently they have tight IT security due to a recent major hack, why am I having no real issues with Primal and Telegram??

I was going to ask AI but it is also not available.

I'm guessing it's the bandwidth that's limiting most of what you can access. I'm guessing you can't see most of the media but plain text is coming through fine?

Guest networks tend to be heavily limited.
