I am currently working on a relay recommendation system that will suggest the best possible relays to users based on their followers and following. However, the system should also suggest "new" relays to help decentralizing the network as much as possible. I plan to integrate this system with my backup service.

👀 This sounds VERY useful. I was asking myself the question you are trying to solve by computation until I gave up due to feeling overwhelmed. The addition of helping decentralizing the network seems also legt.
