My favorite is when I see someone completely alone in a car wearing one. For safety of course.
I also saw a girl on the beach one day talking on the phone 50-100 feet away from everyone wearing a mask. She was also fully clothed in 100° weather. For safety of course.

Look I’m all for taking precautions if you have to (say, if you’re immunocompromised) but some people just make a hobby of it and take it for wild extremes, like min/maxing their lives.
