You're not giving me advice that contradicts my view. I never said I think only in black and white.
I said that in most cases you can find a level of granularity and well-chosen boundaries/distinguishers/classifiers such that a problem can be expressed in clear black-and-white terms such that a solution is simpler, clearer and more straight-forward. Then there is no need for pointless endless discussions over someone's arbitrarily, subjectively decided values.
And given this, I could similarly say "Sharpen up".
