In https://playground.nostr.com/ I can see several events of kind 5 (delete events) from your pubkey (dbb19ae0e0ea853289c54c7ca810782b61306c848cad8d8416174597c3f22d5a) but none of them is trying to delete your original note.

A event to delete your note would need to have the following format (see screenshot) but I can't find it on Nostr.
