Very sad news. Someone had their car broken into at my local parish recently. The thieves weren’t interested in any of the expensive Latin textbooks so that’s a silver lining!

I learned yesterday that St Boniface was martyred with 46 others by bandits intercepting them on the road to Frisia with liturgical books. Probably killed out of frustration with all that worthless paper and nothing more
