I run my fully enclosed #Bitcoin laptop with the battery out, power cable in.

That makes it impossible to transport without cutting power, encrypting the entire drive.

Just make sure suspend to disk (hibernate) is not installed. Maybe there is a kernel or boot option to disable it?

After pulling the cable and plugging back in, disk is encrypted, LUKS wants it's password.
