It frustrates to me no end that I’m not currently capable of martially preparing for such scenarios.

“Hit the gym”, that’s great but it’s not enough to make a man truly free.

yeah i was in a pretty bad shape when i went in. but the food was so bad no amount of exercise was gonna gain muscle, i just hit a wall, though i could do 100 pushups and 100 situps lol
