Because it's a bioweapon.. Global warming is a PR tool to control businesses worldwide and poor people's minds. Now global weather changes are real, but it's rather the weather extremes that cause trouble. And those may (or may not) be caused by such bioweapons. Also, higher temperature doesn't cause higher extremes just like higher engine temperature doesn't cause more power. Heat difference does.
