I think we have 2 generally: Damus for IOS and Amethyst on Android.
So long as they are competing against each other on implementations, they will probably lead adoption for a while, especially given their current ethos.

The issue is there aren't any desktop clients and the web clients aren't very good at this time. I may be a standout, but I hate using mobile for this stuff.
