Is there a way to follow searches on Twitter via a RSS feed?

I’d like to create a search on Twitter to see relevant posts on here.

I’m aware of Nitter which allows us to follow Twitter users via a RSS feed, but as far as I know that doesn’t work for searches on Nitter?
