You said you could do "this" in one minute, and I'm assuming you meant you could send sats to hundreds of people in one minute, so I'm asking if you have done that before? If so, I'd be very curious to know how you did it, maybe we do it that way next time.
Oh. Yes there’s a setting in Phoenix.social, but it’s not targetted, it zaps everyone. There’s also another tool called Zapper where you can zap an entire list: https://zapper.fun/
