Evolution is a very intelligent process. I would say the universe itself is intelligent and we are are all just reflections of it.

But do you see the point, that it's irrational to say that the universe is intelligent and yet to think that there is no Intelligence behind it?

The universe itself is the intelligence. We don’t need to go further.

So are you saying the universe is a mind?

I would say so yes. The universe itself is conscious.
