Whatever happened to the SEC’s deadline to respond to the court ruling on the Grayscale ETF? Wasn’t that today?

If the SEC says nothing today, then they don’t feel like they have standing to appeal the judges ruling

I think the chance for the SEC to sue them again is today but they can still delay ETF
