I am confuse!! 1990 i was in the army and there was a referendum in Québec. That was an important event. Now they say it was in 1995?!? What happened to my time line??? 1995 i was studying graduated in 1996 where i talked with Bill Gates for a problem with windows nt 3.1… wtf???
