can zap in nostr event be replicated to other cryptocurrency transaction?

like a specific event say for a eth or bch transaction?

I would think a layer 2 ledger system could be.

Hydra is a layer 2 protocol on Cardano that works on a similar set of parameters.

Looks likean open source project here aims to do it using Hydra.
