We can't even attribute that to ourselves. We didn't create the hands, the brain, the human body or the concept of time, life and death, our thoughts and associations that are required for making art. The things in life that lead us to the point where we made some art, even that is not determined and allowed by us.

We have a free will and wished for something (i.e. making art) and we were allowed to do so (within our capacities which were also not set by us). That's all.
