Depends but black tea is definitely more than green. I thought the averages were more like 30mg and 50mg but of course it depends on the weight of leaves in the bag.

Black tea leaves are smaller and weigh less, so I’m pretty sure you end up using more tea leaves for black tea, regardless whether you measure the tea by weight or volume.

Most brands of black tea that I’ve have are around 50mg per bag or cup, and I love tea 🫖

White tea is even less than green (10-20mg per serving) and it has a very delicate, nuanced flavor. If you don’t like herbal teas, it’s a nice option
