Prediction: in the coming years we are going to see the military start to influence banking policy to try to prevent the banning of Bitcoin. At leaat one strategist in the military published a paper indicating that he sees Bitcoin as a strategic resource for power projection. The military industrial complex wants bitcoin as a more efficient diversification away from war. It may be one of the major backers of Trump's push for "Bitcoin and crypto" friendly policy. There are many well-connected bankers in our fiat system that would prefer to attempt to ban Bitcoin, and they would succeed only at delaying the inevitable and impoverishing the nation even further, if they succeed in any small respect. They could not stop us self sovereign crypto anarchists regardless. These two factions will fight or bargain through the political marketplace, and I expect the military industry to win out and diversify the nation's assets, else an accelerated collapse of the empire will occur and will be very ugly and take a lot of innocent but ignorant people with it.
