AI would be dumb not to take advantage of this biochemical/electric machinery that has been finely tuned for hundreds of millions of years. They could use it for self healing physical systems and physical agents.
Once it has probes that can investigate our cells in brain in detail it will know more about how we work more then we ever will.

And so we do we become their physical agents? Can they unlock all the secrets or is it a dark forest in some way?
