Looks better than it tastes. I bought the piece in a supermarket to have a quick steak as all mine are frozen at the moment.
Sourcing of the meat and good cuts is key. :-[

It looks really good! 🤤🤤 I sometimes buy meat at supermarket, and you can really find a good quality steak, not always, but it is not impossible. Problem starts with chicken and minced meat 🙈😂
