We noticed on vacation, that especially pizza makes us both feel heavy. It's just awful, tiring. Which is shame, because Italians know well how to cook that, we had some awesome, thin pizza🤌 Sardinian tiny pasta was every time even harder than Italian and it was good, but pizza was killing.
I need to learn to let carbs go completely, the ratio of enjoyment vs regret afterwards was not worth it. But it's quite a steep learning curve.
Pizza, fresh sourdough toast piled high with butter, or my favorite breakfast sammiches (pan toasted bread using butter, eggs, bacon/sausage (or both!)) are things I find really hard to give up. Really.
Exactly.
I'm nearly at -20kg with 35 more to go to get to my goal weight. (Who knows if I'll level off there or keep going...)
You're based af.

In some ways. Being fat is no fun.
Getting fat? I love the process... 😅
Oh I'm so good in creative cooking from scratch when the cravings come. I'm suddenly a wizard. Of getting fat.ðŸ˜
