I guess if they really managed to have them hit the exactly same spot consecutively, there might be a chance they got through but I still doubt it. The mountain surely got a good hammering but my suspicion is they didn’t achieve the complete destruction of the facility.
CNN now reports that six U.S. Air Force B-2A “Spirit” long-range stealth bombers dropped a total of twelve, not six, 30,000-pound GBU-57A/B Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP) “bunker buster” bombs on Iran’s Fordow nuclear facility.
Additionally, U.S. Navy submarines launched 30 BGM-109 “Tomahawk” land-attack cruise missiles at two other nuclear sites—Natanz and Isfahan. One of the B-2 bombers also dropped two more GBU-57 MOPs on Natanz, according to a U.S. official.

Discussion
Maybe. Fox News reported that around 75% of the facilities were destroyed—which alone is enough to seriously cripple the nuclear program. In addition, Trump has promised even stronger strikes if there’s any retaliation, which seems likely, as the Supreme Leader will probably struggle to resist the urge to respond.
